1. Introduction
Welcome to Branching Narrative Platform. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

1. はじめに
Branching Narrative Platformへようこそ。本利用規約は、当ウェブサイトのご利用に適用されます。本サービスにアクセスまたは利用することにより、お客様は本規約に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
2. ユーザーアカウント
アカウントを作成する際には、正確かつ完全で、常に最新の情報を提供していただく必要があります。これに違反した場合、本規約の違反とみなされ、サービスの利用を直ちに停止させていただくことがあります。
3. コンテンツ
本サービスでは、特定の情報、テキスト、グラフィック、ビデオ、またはその他の素材（以下「コンテンツ」）を投稿、リンク、保存、共有、その他利用可能にすることができます。お客様は、投稿するコンテンツ（その合法性、信頼性、適切性を含む）について責任を負います。

お客様は、合法的な目的および本規約に従ってのみ本サービスを利用することができます。お客様は、以下の目的で本サービスを利用しないことに同意するものとします。
- 適用される国内法または国際法に違反する方法での利用。
- 未成年者を不適切なコンテンツに晒すなどして、搾取、危害を加える、またはそれを試みる目的での利用。
- 「ジャンクメール」「チェーンメール」「スパム」その他類似の勧誘を含む、広告または販促資料を送信、またはその送信を依頼する行為。
5. 契約の終了
当社は、理由の如何を問わず、特に本規約の違反があった場合、当社の単独の裁量により、事前の通知または責任を負うことなく、お客様のアカウントを停止し、本サービスへのアクセスを禁止することがあります。
6. 準拠法
本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定にかかわらず、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。
7. 規約の変更
当社は、当社の単独の裁量により、いつでも本規約を変更または置換する権利を留保します。改訂が重要なものである場合、新しい規約が発効する少なくとも30日前に通知します。何が重要な変更であるかは、当社の単独の裁量によって決定されます。
